Design and Safety Features

Helical Coil: Fully hydrotested pipe with partial X-ray of welds. Removable coil for easy replacement. ASME code stamped (Section VIII, Div I) and National Board registered.

High-Efficiency Burner: Operates on low-high-off or modulating settings with automatic controls, forced draft fan, flame failure audible alarm, and factory-wired/test-fired options; compatible with natural gas, No. 2 oil, or propane.

Electrical & Control Panel: NEMA 4 control panel with customized electrical options and indicating lights.

Safety Controls & Alarms: Includes high fluid temperature and high stack temperature alarms, low flow switch, flame safeguard, and fan motor starter.

General & Added Features: Constructed with a ¼” carbon steel shell, ceramic fiber insulation, skid-mounted design, flanged inlets/outlets, lifting lugs, and temperature controller; finished with high-temperature waterproof paint, and includes an expansion tank and recirculation pump.
